AI/Robotics Product Manager

Hyphen Connect is seeking a dynamic AI/Robotics Product Manager to drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies into customer-centric solutions. This role is pivotal in defining safety, usability, and performance metrics, while collaborating with enterprise clients to refine robotic and agentic deployments.

The AI/Robotics Product Manager will translate deep tech breakthroughs, such as Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), into tangible customer value. Responsibilities include defining safety, usability, and performance metrics for engineering teams, interfacing with early enterprise adopters to gather feedback on agentic and robotic deployments, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, and developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with strategic business goals.

Candidates should possess a technical background in AI, computer science, or engineering, with proven experience in shipping complex hardware or deep-tech software products. Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both engineers and stakeholders is essential, along with strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
