AI Sales Specialist
As an AI Sales Specialist, you will own the full sales cycle for DarcyIQ, our agentic AI platform purpose-built for professional services firms, consulting companies, system integrators, and MSPs. This is a product sales role focused exclusively on DarcyIQ software transactions — not a consulting sell. After our Business Development Team sets the meeting, you run the first call, qualify whether the prospect is a fit for DarcyIQ or a custom engagement, and if it's DarcyIQ, you own the deal end to end: demo, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff to Customer Success.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle. From the first discovery call through signed contract and onboarding handoff, you are the quarterback. You qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close DarcyIQ subscriptions.
Run sharp discovery. You'll hold the first AE conversation after BD sets the meeting. Your job is to quickly assess whether the prospect's need maps to DarcyIQ (a software license) or a custom cloud/AI engagement (an assessment) — and do so with credibility and speed.
Demo the product live. You will deliver tailored demonstrations of DarcyIQ with nominal technical support. That means getting comfortable across the platform — AI agents, workflows, knowledge bases, MCP Studio integrations, Blueprint automation, project scoping — well enough to tell a compelling story to a consulting firm VP or CTO without calling in a Solutions Architect for every call.
Navigate procurement and close. You'll guide customers through the buying process — security reviews, legal redlines, AWS Marketplace transactions where applicable — and keep deals moving with urgency and discipline.
Ensure a warm handoff. Once the deal is closed, you transition the customer to their Account Management team with full context so they start strong and the relationship grows.
