The Senior B2B Collections and Recovery Analyst at Wellhub will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of overdue receivables, from developing automated preventive structures to conducting high-risk negotiations with SME partners. This role requires a unique combination of financial expertise, legal understanding of credit instruments, and a data-driven mindset to optimize recovery rates.

Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing preventive and reactive collection flows for B2B receivables discount products, executing high-level recovery strategies to reduce portfolio delinquency, monitoring the integrity of credit instruments to identify early signs of fraud or payment deviations, leading complex debt restructuring negotiations, and managing financial reporting and KPIs using SQL and BI tools to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B collections and asset recovery, particularly in receivables discounting or corporate credit markets, strong ability to analyze SME financial statements to assess debt repayment capacity, proficiency in SQL and BI tools for portfolio segmentation and KPI management, solid knowledge of credit assignment contracts and guarantee structures, a proactive approach to identifying early warning signs of fraud or liquidity issues, and an advanced level of English for global reporting and collaboration with international teams.
