As an Analista Sênior de Customer Insights at Jusbrasil, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by analyzing behavioral signals, feedback, and journey data. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data from multiple sources to provide deep, actionable insights into behavior, perception, and product usage. You will develop and execute research and feedback programs, intentionally bringing customers closer to product initiatives through communities or key segment relationships. Additionally, you will identify gaps in customer listening and propose new collection channels or methods based on journey analysis and product needs.
The position requires prior experience in roles related to Voice of Customer, Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Business Analysis, or related areas. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including practical experience in conducting studies and measuring results, is necessary. Mastery of data analysis and visualization tools, such as advanced Excel and Metabase, is also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decisions based on data and insights. Experience with AI tools in analysis, synthesis, and generation of actionable insights, as well as familiarity with governance routines and strategic forums, is preferred.
