Analyst, Expert Insights - ECS ( French Speaking)
AlphaSense is seeking a French-speaking Analyst to join our Expert Call Services (ECS) team in London. As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in connecting investors with industry experts, thereby enhancing our content platform and redefining investment research methodologies. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a company that leverages AI to deliver critical market intelligence to over 6,000 enterprise customers worldwide.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and prospecting industry experts for clients' time-sensitive projects. You will employ various tools to investigate and identify pertinent industry information and experts. Engaging with top decision-makers and C-level executives across diverse industries through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls will be a key aspect of your daily activities. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment, with the potential to advance into customer-facing account management roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles. Experience with strategic sourcing and cold outreach is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in French, are required, along with the confidence to engage with C-level executives. A positive attitude, persistence, and a goal-focused mindset are crucial, as is the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and improve, coupled with a team-oriented approach, will contribute to success in this role.
