Analyst, Global Courier Supply
Wolt is seeking an Analyst for Global Courier Supply to join our Global Delivery Operations team. This role focuses on optimizing courier supply operations across all regions, directly impacting platform quality and user experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with analytics and product teams to enhance courier onboarding, activation, retention, and overall supply performance.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and improving various aspects of courier supply operations, conducting both ad hoc analyses and contributing to larger cross-functional projects, and using data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. The analyst will also partner with analytics, product, and operational teams to align on goals and execute initiatives, leveraging tools like SQL, Python, and machine learning models to uncover trends and opportunities. Additionally, the role involves exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and decision-making, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate possesses a results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency, a strong analytical foundation with proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine learning models, and an understanding of causal inference and statistical concepts. They should be comfortable tackling both quick, tactical analyses and strategic, long-term projects, and have curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance their work. Experience with or willingness to learn BI tools like Looker, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, dynamic environment are also essential. A background in operations research and optimization, as well as familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or marketplace operations, are considered bonuses.
