This role offers the opportunity to join a top-producing investment sales team, providing institutional-caliber analysis and valuations for high-profile commercial real estate assets.

The Analyst will lead financial underwriting and investment analysis for the team's active deal pipeline, including cash flow modeling, IRR analysis, cap rate analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Responsibilities also encompass reviewing property financial statements, building sophisticated financial models for various property types, analyzing market trends, and preparing investment memorandums and investor presentations.

Ideal candidates will have 0–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related analytical field, with strong proficiency in Excel and analytical problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines are essential. A high level of ownership, accountability, and a strong desire to grow within commercial real estate are also sought.

The base salary for this role ranges from $39.00 to $53.00 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills.
