Analytics Business Manager (GTM)
As an Analytics Business Manager at Conga, you will serve as the bridge between data and business strategy—translating analytics into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to understand business needs, define key metrics, and deliver reporting and analysis that supports growth and operational excellence.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll manage key analytics initiatives, build dashboards and reporting, and ensure teams are equipped with the insights they need to make informed decisions. By driving clarity and accountability through consistent reporting and thoughtful analysis, this position helps the organization move faster and make better decisions.
You bring 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, consulting, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology organization. You have a track record of supporting business leaders with data-driven insights and delivering impactful reporting and analysis. You are highly effective at building relationships and working cross-functionally, understanding business challenges, and translating them into analytical approaches and solutions.
