Continental is seeking an experienced Antitrust & Compliance Counsel/Attorney to provide strategic legal advice on U.S. and Canadian antitrust and competition law matters. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders, compliance, M&A, sales, procurement, and executive teams to manage legal risks and support growth initiatives. The position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and reports to the Legal Department.

Key responsibilities include providing practical, business-oriented advice on antitrust and competition laws, supporting mergers and acquisitions with antitrust risk assessments and regulatory filings, and coordinating interactions with competition authorities. The role also involves assisting in refining and maintaining the company's antitrust compliance program, conducting risk assessments, developing and delivering tailored antitrust training, and monitoring legislative and regulatory developments.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 7 years of experience as an attorney in a corporation, law firm, or both, with a proven track record in antitrust, data privacy, and compliance, is required. Strong experience in antitrust and competition law, demonstrated ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear business guidance, and effective communication skills are essential.
