Antitrust Compliance Specialist (m/f/diverse)

The Antitrust Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing and continuously improving ContiTech’s compliance program, with a particular focus on antitrust compliance. This position involves active collaboration with various departments to ensure adherence to antitrust laws and regulations, reflecting Continental's commitment to ethical business practices.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential improvements in the antitrust compliance program through active communication with regional teams, developing and updating group policies and guidelines on antitrust matters, and steering the rollout of global antitrust initiatives. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and delivering antitrust training sessions across all ContiTech business areas and central functions, as well as implementing mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree or comparable qualification, with several years of professional experience in antitrust law or compliance within an international company, law firm, or auditing firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, business fluency in German and English (both written and spoken), and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. A strong team player mentality, intercultural competence, and an independent working style are also required. Willingness to travel is expected.
