Applied AI Engagement Manager
Taktile is transforming how financial institutions leverage AI for critical decisions. As we scale our enterprise customer base, we're looking for an Applied AI Engagement Manager to serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. In this post-sale role, you'll be the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.

As an Applied AI Engagement Manager at Taktile, you’ll work closely with our enterprise customers to implement complex solutions and ensure they unlock maximum value from our platform. This role is central to our mission of transforming customers' decisioning infrastructure to optimize and automate mission-critical business decisions.
You’ll collaborate across Taktile’s Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as with external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and sustained impact.
