In this role, you will engage with advanced language models in Maghrebi Arabic, assessing their performance on contextual interpretation, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuances. Your daily tasks will include conversing with the AI across a wide range of topics, verifying linguistic accuracy, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Linguistics, Arabic Studies, Translation, or a related field. Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work is highly valued. Strong metacognitive communication skills are essential, as you will need to articulate your thought processes and findings clearly.

Compensation for this contract role ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you are expected to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
