Bisnow, a leading B2B platform in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking an Area Property Manager to oversee multiple multifamily communities in Colorado. This role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager and Senior Regional Manager, playing a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence across all properties. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a strong communicator, and a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising community managers, training and developing on-site teams, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures. The Area Property Manager will conduct regular property inspections, manage maintenance activities, oversee capital projects, and monitor financial reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability. Additionally, the role involves implementing strategic leasing and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy, retention, and revenue objectives.

Candidates should have over five years of proven experience in multifamily property management, including regional or multi-site oversight. A high school diploma is required, with additional post-secondary education considered a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships are essential. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation for this position ranges from $39 to $53 per hour. Benefits include accrued paid time off starting on the first day, with up to five weeks of PTO based on tenure, six paid holidays per year, a floating holiday, sick and personal time, a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match, a $25 monthly phone stipend, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a $50 monthly HSA contribution, and free $10,000 life insurance.
