Assistant Director, Legal & Business Affairs - UK Project

The Assistant Director of Legal & Business Affairs for Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) at NBCUniversal is a pivotal role overseeing compliance with all planning and development approvals, statutory and non-statutory consents, and government agreements required for UDX projects. This position provides strategic direction across the full compliance lifecycle, including tracking and analyzing obligations within the consents register, proactively escalating risks, and preparing clear, timely reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with Legal, External Affairs, project teams, contractors, government authorities, and outside consultants to ensure robust governance, consistency, and accountability across all compliance activities.
