Assistant FSQA Technician

The Assistant FSQA Technician at Hawaiian Host Group plays a vital role in supporting the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety. This position is based in Captain Cook, Hawaii, and involves working closely with various departments to maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities include assisting with microbiological testing, specification tests, and wet-in-shell kernel recovery. The technician will also be involved in product sampling, quality analysis of nuts in shell, and monitoring water chemistry and autoclave operations.
