Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment
The Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment at Voyager Technologies, Inc. will serve as the primary legal architect for all people-related matters as the company scales its industrial footprint. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this fully remote role is integral to the corporate Legal team based in Denver, CO.
Key responsibilities include providing real-time, pragmatic legal counsel to HR and business leaders on the full employee lifecycle, conducting labor and employment due diligence for Voyager’s active acquisition pipeline, managing and resolving employment-related disputes and litigation, and developing scalable workplace policies that ensure compliance with federal and state-specific laws.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active membership in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar (California preferred), and a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Labor and Employment law. A mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience at a high-growth technology or defense company is strongly preferred.
