Assistant General Counsel, Litigation (Hybrid)

The Assistant General Counsel, Litigation, at Enova will be a key member of the Legal team, providing legal expertise and strategic guidance to the company in a hybrid role. In this position, the individual will manage the company’s litigation portfolio, including overseeing active cases, directing outside litigation counsel, assessing legal risks, and advising internal clients across multiple business units. The Assistant General Counsel will handle responses to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries, develop internal policies and procedures related to litigation, and provide training or guidance to employees on litigation best practices. The role will also involve drafting legal documents, assisting with dispute negotiations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. Significant experience with complex litigation matters, preferably in corporate or financial services environments, is required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success. Prior experience working with regulatory agencies or in-house environments is a plus.
