Assistant General Counsel, Litigation

WHOOP is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to oversee and manage litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), this role involves developing and implementing litigation and regulatory enforcement strategies. The successful candidate will handle various types of litigation, including commercial disputes, consumer class actions, intellectual property matters, employment disputes, and investigations by federal, state, and international regulatory bodies. WHOOP is a rapidly scaling, global business built upon a dynamic consumer brand that involves hardware, software, and healthcare.
