In this role, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and ensuring operational tasks are completed with precision. They track daily business performance, support the execution of sales strategies to meet targets, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to analyze key metrics, ensuring goals are consistently achieved. Upholding compliance standards, such as safety protocols and piercing regulations, is also a critical aspect of this position.
Candidates should have at least one year of retail management or customer-facing team leadership experience, demonstrating a strong track record of operational excellence. The role requires flexibility, with availability to work five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. A proactive mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a feedback-rich environment are essential.
Compensation for this full-time position includes an hourly rate of $21.50.
