Associate - Commercial Real Estate

Clark Wilson LLP is seeking an Associate to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to a wide range of real estate transactions and projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients' diverse needs in the commercial real estate sector.

The Associate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice on commercial property matters. Day-to-day tasks include managing transactions from inception to completion, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing with the relevant Bar Association. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
