Associate Content Writer

As an Associate Content Writer at Motive, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining customer-facing Help Center articles that empower users to maximize the benefits of our products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional product and support teams, you will gather essential insights and translate them into clear, helpful content tailored for a non-technical audience.

Your key responsibilities will include creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality support articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. You will prepare well-structured drafts in the Content Management System (CMS), edit images for articles, and submit content for review and approval. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to gather product information and develop new support content that meets customer needs.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, Media, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields. Technical experience with SaaS and/or hardware products is essential, along with proficiency in Google product suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Hands-on experience with content management systems like Zendesk, WordPress, or HubSpot, as well as experience with SEO implementation, is also required.
