Associate, Corporate Finance
Arevon is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its Chief Investment Officer (CIO) organization. This pivotal role is designed for a motivated, finance-driven professional aiming for a CFO-track career path. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, the Executive Team, and the Board of Directors, placing the successful candidate at the center of the company's most critical strategic and financial decisions.
The Corporate Finance Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and enhancement of Arevon's Corporate Model, the firm's central tool for corporate valuation, evaluating acquisitions and divestitures, assessing financing alternatives, and calculating long-term incentive plan outcomes. Key responsibilities include ensuring the model's accuracy and scalability, delivering quarterly valuation updates, conducting sensitivity analyses for various financial scenarios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align budgets and forecasts.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years' experience in the Renewable Energy Industry, Utilities Sector, or Banking. Demonstrated financial acumen, experience in developing complex financial models using Microsoft Excel (preferably with VBA), strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
