As an Associate in the Corporate team at Linmac LLP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive legal services to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Your day-to-day activities will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic legal advice to clients. Collaborating closely with partners and other associates, you will ensure that clients receive tailored and effective legal solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate law is required, with a strong background in handling complex corporate transactions. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines.

Linmac LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
