Associate Counsel

Everlaw, a leading litigation and investigation management platform, is seeking an Associate Counsel to join their Legal team in Oakland, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Everlaw's contracting engine and contribute to the development of AI-assisted legal workflows. As an Associate Counsel, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Counsel, Sales, and Finance teams to manage a diverse range of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, vendor licenses, and procurement contracts. This full-time, exempt position operates on a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays.
