LTK USA is seeking an Associate Counsel to support intellectual property, advertising law, copyright, and marketing legal review across its global operations. This remote role involves managing LTK's trademark and copyright portfolios, overseeing the DMCA safe harbor program, advising on advertising and endorsement compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and handling both offensive and defensive litigation within these areas. The position is designed for professional growth, offering mentorship and rapid progression toward full portfolio ownership.

Key responsibilities include managing LTK's global trademark portfolio, directing outside counsel, developing scalable processes, and collaborating with product, privacy, and regulatory teams. The role also involves building and managing infrastructure to make these functions scalable, such as intake processes, decision frameworks, playbooks, business team training, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate is resourceful and self-directed, capable of identifying operational gaps and developing solutions.

Candidates should possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. They should have 3-5 years of experience spanning IP and advertising law, with a preference for those who have practiced in both areas. Experience managing or directing outside counsel relationships, familiarity with DMCA notice-and-takedown procedures, and experience with FTC advertising and endorsement compliance are essential. Strong legal analysis, independent judgment, and the ability to establish legal processes and work effectively with business teams across multiple departments and geographies are also required.
