Associate, Customer & Product Support
AlphaSense is seeking an Associate for their Customer & Product Support (C&PS) team, a pivotal group that bridges sales, customer success, and technical support. This team is dedicated to ensuring clients effectively utilize AlphaSense's AI-driven market intelligence platform, which offers insights from a vast array of public and private content, including equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals. The C&PS team operates globally, with members in the U.S., U.K., India, and Singapore.
In this role, the Associate will serve as the first line of support, addressing complex customer inquiries and technical issues. Responsibilities include guiding clients through platform features, investigating and resolving queries via email and live chat, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests. The position also involves contributing to the development of support documentation and participating in live training sessions.
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a client or product support role, possess a customer-first mindset, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
