Candidates should have 7–9 years of experience in retail media, digital commerce, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of retail media platforms and digital commerce fundamentals. Familiarity with content optimization and organic search is advantageous. Experience managing cross-functional projects, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is essential.
