Associate Director, GOC
The Associate Director of Analytics at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) will lead the North America Analytics team, focusing on measuring the success of executions and delivering insights to innovate work for the Google client. This role involves close collaboration with teams in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles to ensure continuity and excellence across regions.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance and mentorship to the regional analytics team, integrating analytics into all aspects of campaign planning and execution, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics-related matters. The role also involves recruiting, managing, and mentoring analytics resources, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outputs, and leading the design and measurement of brand and direct response campaigns.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Technology, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a data-based role, preferably within a media agency, is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python, as well as in Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, are also necessary.
