Associate Director, Inventory and Yield
The Associate Director of Inventory and Yield at RVO Health plays a pivotal role within the Business Operations team, focusing on maximizing revenue and yield across the company's diverse portfolio of brands. Key responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive, forward-looking view of available inventory segmented by brand, platform, ad product, and placement, with a strong emphasis on revenue impact and yield potential. The role involves monitoring core yield and monetization metrics such as eCPM, RPM, revenue per page, and sell-through rates, identifying underperforming inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance pricing or allocation. Collaboration with Sales Planning and Ad Operations teams is essential to align inventory availability, pricing assumptions, and delivery constraints, ensuring optimal revenue generation.
Candidates should possess a minimum of six years of experience in digital advertising, inventory management, yield optimization, pricing analytics, or revenue operations. Strong analytical skills are required to effectively connect inventory, pricing, and yield to revenue outcomes. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel is necessary, along with experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker to build reliable reporting systems. Familiarity with ad servers and order management systems, such as Google Ad Manager, Operative, or Salesforce, is also expected.
The position offers a competitive salary range between $107,700 and $130,000, with actual compensation based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
