The Associate Director, Vendor Oversight & Process Improvement at Structure Therapeutics is a pivotal role within the Clinical Development Operations (CDO) department. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related discipline, with advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of 8–10 years of clinical research experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO setting is required. Demonstrated expertise in vendor oversight, process improvement, and regulatory compliance is essential. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority are also critical for success in this role.
