Mysten Labs is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join their legal team as an Associate General Counsel, Corporate. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the United States and is integral to the company's mission of advancing decentralized and open protocols through blockchain technologies.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the General Counsel and various business leaders to oversee corporate governance, strategic transactions, investments, corporate structuring, finance, tax, employment, and compensation matters. Your responsibilities will encompass leading complex corporate transactions, advising on corporate legal matters, and working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of relevant legal experience, including significant exposure to corporate governance and complex corporate transactions. A strong foundation in corporate law, with experience in M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, financings, and subsidiary governance, is essential. Excellent business judgment, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate as a corporate generalist are also required.

Compensation for this role ranges from $190,000 to $280,000 annually, with additional benefits including tokens, equity compensation, and eligibility to participate in annual equity and token refresh grant programs.
