Associate General Counsel

The Associate General Counsel at Exiger will play a pivotal role within the company's Legal Department, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This position is integral to supporting Exiger's mission of providing innovative risk and compliance solutions to a diverse clientele, including corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities include managing a broad spectrum of legal matters, such as corporate governance, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. The Associate General Counsel will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure legal strategies align with business objectives and mitigate potential risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
