Associate General Counsel, Healthcare and Technology

The core responsibilities of the Associate General Counsel include providing legal guidance on healthcare regulations, privacy, data security, and technology contracts. The role involves drafting and negotiating a variety of complex agreements, supporting compliance with evolving telehealth laws, and advising on product launches and partnerships. This position requires close collaboration with business units to mitigate risk and implement solutions that align with regulatory requirements while supporting innovation.

Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on healthcare law, HIPAA, and technology transactions, is required. Experience working in or with healthcare technology companies, health plans, or telehealth organizations is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, sound judgment in complex regulatory environments, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
