Associate General Counsel

Rithum is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas, focusing on commercial contracts, employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. This role involves negotiating complex technology agreements, advising on employment law, and delivering practical, business-oriented legal counsel in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to Rithum's General Counsel and collaborates with the Deputy General Counsel and other members of the Legal team.
