Associate Graphic Designer
The Associate Graphic Designer at RUE GILT GROUPE will join a collaborative and innovative creative team responsible for enhancing the brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. In this role, the Associate Graphic Designer will produce a variety of design assets, including email layouts, web graphics, social media content, on-site marketing materials, and occasional print collateral. The focus is on translating business needs and campaign objectives into compelling, brand-right visuals while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration is key, as the designer partners closely with art directors, copywriters, project managers, and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, and possess 1-3 years of design experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, strong typography and layout skills, an understanding of responsive design, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data and trends for creative execution are essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design capabilities is required.
