In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the in-app merchandising strategy, focusing on increasing consumer engagement, retention, and order rates. This includes testing and scaling new product features in collaboration with international product and engineering teams, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, and managing the in-app experience for new merchant launches and seasonal occasions. You will also collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Ads & Promotions teams to ensure that Restaurant and New Verticals merchants meet their conversion and impression targets.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical skills, including intermediate SQL knowledge and proficiency with dashboards, are essential. The role requires a proactive problem solver with exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are also crucial.
