Associate Programmatic Manager
The Associate Programmatic Manager at WPP Media is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of programmatic campaigns across various clients. This role involves working closely with the trading strategy team to implement plan adjustments, set up campaigns, and optimize performance. The position is based in Montreal, Canada, and requires fluency in both French and English.
Key responsibilities include accurately entering and maintaining campaign data in internal systems, coordinating with vendors and agencies for campaign launches, and auditing digital creative tags to ensure accuracy. The role also involves assisting with campaign setup across multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, Xandr, Amazon, and The Trade Desk, as well as monitoring campaign pacing and performance to ensure delivery against key performance indicators.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in a Programmatic Coordinator role and be fully certified on relevant DSPs. A solid understanding of media key performance indicators and metrics, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as excellent time-management and communication skills, are also required.
