Associate Programme Manager - Air

In this role, you will engage directly with industry partners, procurement agencies, and air forces to understand customer demands and evaluate opportunities for collaboration. Your responsibilities include shaping and executing strategies, visions, and roadmaps for current and future Ministry of Defense engagements and industry partnerships. Additionally, you will anticipate market trends and client needs to create new business opportunities, support strategic campaigns, and ensure the achievement of Helsing’s strategic goals in the projects you oversee.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in the defense sector, public sector, or consultancy, with a university degree in fields such as Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Political Science, or Data Science. You should possess exceptional organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a collaborative problem-solver. A proactive approach and dedication to delivering critical software-based capabilities to operators are essential.
