Associate Services Architect
The Associate Services Architect at Tenable, Inc. is a content-focused role within the Professional Services team, responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical content for the company's service offerings. This position combines technical aptitude with content development and communication skills, working under the mentorship of a Senior Services Architect or Manager. The role is designed to support the maintenance of existing courses, labs, and collateral, ensuring they remain current as Tenable's products evolve.
Key responsibilities include designing, drafting, and updating consulting service offerings, enablement content, educational materials, and technical presentations for webinars and events. The Associate Services Architect will own the update-tier fixes and content refreshes for existing courses and labs, keeping material current as Tenable products evolve. Additionally, the role involves creating collateral for new offerings, evaluating existing offerings and content for accuracy and relevance, and supporting the development of consulting services offerings. The position also entails delivering pre-production training sessions to evaluate product suitability, creating live demonstration recordings for the Tenable product suite, and performing content reviews with peers in Services, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of overall experience in Information Security or equivalent training/education/services. Exposure to vulnerability management concepts is beneficial, and prior experience with the Tenable product suite is a plus. Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery is advantageous but not required. Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments is also beneficial. Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential for success in this role.
