The Associate - Social role at WPP Media involves executing social media campaigns across major platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter for all WPP Media agencies. The position is based in Manila, Philippines, and is part of WPP Media's global media collective, which leverages creativity to build better futures for people, clients, and communities.

Key responsibilities include supporting managers in full-funnel planning tactics for social activation, implementing social campaign activities for established local and global brands across multiple industries, and providing actionable insights during mid and post-campaign reports to improve optimizations and future campaign recommendations. The role also entails attaining Facebook Blueprint Planner and Buyer certifications, as well as Twitter Flight School Badges.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of media behaviors and how target audiences interact with social touchpoints. Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance clients' campaigns and advising the Campaign Delivery Team accordingly is essential. The role requires ensuring compliance with finance processes, WPP Media policies, and procedures, as well as fostering cross-functional collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise.
