Caddell Construction is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal team at our Montgomery, Alabama headquarters. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support across various aspects of our construction operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in our projects and business practices.

The Attorney will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including owner contracts, subcontracts, settlement agreements, company policies, and employment agreements. Additionally, the role involves conducting legal research to advise project teams on relevant laws and regulations, coordinating with outside counsel on litigation matters, and managing responses to document discovery requests.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and have a minimum of four years of legal practice experience. A current Alabama Bar license is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in construction, contract, and employment law, as well as an educational background in construction or engineering.

Caddell offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
