Kymber Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Attorney to provide senior-level legal support to the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Office of General Counsel (OGC) in Washington, DC. This role encompasses multiple practice areas, including government contracts, employment and labor law, FOIA/Privacy Act, ethics, and federal litigation. The Attorney will collaborate closely with OGC and CSOSA program components to address complex legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include consulting on legal matters related to CSOSA service and supply contracts, reviewing and drafting contract clauses and agreements, and providing comprehensive legal services for litigation before administrative tribunals such as the EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, and federal courts. The Attorney will also develop and conduct ethics training for CSOSA staff, manage financial disclosure reports, and advise on FOIA and Privacy Act matters, including drafting opinions on complex questions and preparing responses to information release requests.

The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active bar license authorizing practice in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. A minimum of three years of legal practice experience in a government agency or private sector is required, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: government contracts, employment and labor law, FOIA, Privacy Act, torts, litigation, and ethics. Prior litigation experience before administrative tribunals and federal courts is essential, along with proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
