Attorney, LATAM Funds and Distribution - Vice President

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Legal team, focusing on Latin American markets and distribution. This role involves supporting iCapital’s investment products across U.S. and Latin American jurisdictions, advising on complex cross-border distribution matters, Latin American investment product offering rules, and international regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in U.S. and non-U.S. broker-dealer distribution issues, U.S. and Latin American securities regulations for private funds, and preferably Spanish language proficiency to effectively serve the growing Latin American client base. This position requires navigating the intersection of U.S. securities laws and Latin American regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and other key markets in the region.
