AV Field Service Technician (LED / Video Walls)

Latitude Inc. is seeking an AV Field Service Technician to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of professional audiovisual systems, particularly LED displays and video wall technologies, within commercial and enterprise environments.

The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing AV systems, including LED displays and video walls. Key duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting AV hardware and signal flow issues, performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades, and collaborating with project managers and installation teams to support system deployments. Ensuring systems function properly and meet client requirements, as well as documenting service work and system updates, are also essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience supporting professional AV systems, with hands-on experience in LED displays, video walls, or large-format digital displays. A solid understanding of AV signal flow, cabling, and system components is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and system integration issues. Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently in the field are also important.

Preferred qualifications include CTS certification or other AV industry certifications, experience supporting commercial AV environments such as corporate, broadcast, or command centers, and familiarity with AV control systems and networking fundamentals.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, with local travel required.
