AV Media Executive
The AV Media Executive role at WPP Media involves supporting the OpenDoor team in delivering consistent and excellent service to Amazon across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI. This position is based in London and focuses on buying campaigns across all AV channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include managing the implementation of campaigns, encompassing planning, optimization, and reporting aligned with strategic objectives. The role requires delivering high-quality and accurate plans with basic insights and recommendations, as well as accurate reporting or proof of delivery. The AV Media Executive is expected to demonstrate an understanding of media excellence, apply best practices, and work confidently with planning teams, clients, and media partners. Additionally, the role involves interpreting data at the planning and reporting stages of campaign management and supporting print and audio investment work by compiling client research and competitive data.
Required qualifications and skills for this position include strong communication skills—both written and verbal—attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. The candidate should be highly numerate, possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and have effective time management abilities with the capacity to multitask. The ability to work under pressure and within deadlines is essential, along with a demonstrable interest in clients' businesses and their respective markets. Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive willingness to learn and develop professionally, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are also preferable.
