AVP Commercial Sales, EMEA

We are looking for an experienced AVP of Commercial Sales, to join our Sales Leadership team and lead the commercial sales team focused on 2-5k user business throughout EMEA.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be an essential member of our Sales leadership team.
You will report to the VP of Sales EMEA directly and be responsible for coaching and development of a team of Commercial Sales Directors selling Semperis software solutions in their respective territories. Emphasis will be placed upon generating net new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) according to company goals established.
This person should have experience in the enterprise software industry and start-up sales leadership of building within the corresponding territory.
- Lead a high performing team through effective mentorship and guidance
- Drive overall regional business strategy including analysing market opportunity, providing insights to the executive team and leading go-to-market planning
- Drive structured outbound pipeline generation across the team
- Develop an annual sales plan in support of regional growth as well as planning and managing sales forecasts and communicating progress against targets regularly
- Leverage strategic partnership and regional relationships to cultivate partner, distributor, channel development throughout the region
