The B2B Client Sales Manager at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Revenue team, focusing on accelerating corporate growth in Argentina. In this role, the manager will lead the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on prospecting, ensuring long-term client sustainability and scalability. Responsibilities include developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, researching and crafting tailored action plans for prospective clients, and designing innovative customer acquisition strategies across various industries. Additionally, the manager will represent Wellhub at industry forums and events, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in consultative sales, particularly with HR decision-makers, and has a background in industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services. Experience in startup environments, demonstrating an understanding of scaling business models, is highly valued. Strong strategic skills, resilience, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and an MBA or international experience is considered a plus.
