Wellhub is seeking a Backend Software Engineering Manager to lead the MMS Users team in Brazil. This remote position involves overseeing the development of Marketplace Value Management Systems, which enhance the value delivered through the marketplace for both users and clients while maintaining healthy margins for Wellhub. The role requires managing and mentoring multiple multidisciplinary teams of software engineers to build sophisticated tools, services, and data pipelines that power critical marketplace capabilities, including pricing, plans, usage restrictions, product allocations, partner offers, and bulk client operations.
