The BD & Marketing Coordinator - Global at DLA Piper plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of Global Business Development and Marketing. This position is integral to the firm's strategic initiatives, focusing on the administration of global business development efforts. In this role, the coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining various reports, tracking usage, and key performance indicators. They create, maintain, and revise process documentation for key projects as required. Collaboration is key, as the coordinator works closely with the Global BD & Marketing Team and other stakeholders to service internal and external clients and requests. Additionally, they monitor outside vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a professional services environment, with a preference for those with a background in law firms. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with CRM platforms like InterAction is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
The compensation for this position ranges from $31.90 to $43.44 per hour, depending on the candidate's geographic market location. Non-exempt positions are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
