Your tasks:
As the BDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a team of Business Development Representatives.
Your primary objective is to drive pipeline generation, improve outbound strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion. You will directly manage the French BDr team as well as lead global practice and standars for our BDR teams.
